If we're talking about grammar then just make sure the numbers are the same. Choose either: Tier 3: This is the tier for people who have played in at least 1 out of the last 2 games. Tier 3: This is the tier for people who have played in at least one out of the last two games. As for adding "at least" that's only necessary if we remove the 4th tier.
