I think CIA/ uCAS Intel agent is shooting to high. Remember, most governments are barely on par with the mega-corps as far as special forces/intelligence, and getting caught up in any sort of intel leaking is a court martial and heavy jail time for conviction. We need a better hook for her than that. What kind of thief are you going for?

I guess I'll change it to experienced thief/ex-special forces. Her specialty in thieving are documents, information, and sometimes art pieces.

I would move away from a hard "military" background like that. Maybe you were from a military family who EXPECTED you go off and become a spook, but you had other things in mind. I like the idea of a dedicated thief, but the "special-forces" part is what concerns me. So far on the team, we have a College educated Street Doc, a starting out Hacker/Infiltrator, a face/back up gun-man who used to work in stockbroking, and two characters in progress. A thief/demolitions girl could be awesome, and that would be a way for us to work in a military background. Demolitions, Automatics,Heavy Weapons and Throwing Weapons(Grenades), along with AGI skills, and some other things mixed in to round it out. Also, a local bomb squad background could work, Honestly, with a 400 bp build its really hard to have ALL the skills at a high enough level to call it "special forces", but allows you to be an "expert" in one or two fields.

You might want to fix the fact that on your chummer sheet, it has you with just having low light vision without cyber-eyes. Also your armor has your agility and reaction down to a measly 1. You take negatives when over-encumbered.
