Hi all, A friend and I have decided to take our first step into TTRPGs and were looking for any existing groups looking for two new members who are newbie friendly or alternatively a GM who is willing to begin a new group and venture forth into the world of Degenesis. I've been told that Degenesis isn't hugely popular outside of Europe so for the people who aren't familiar, Degenesis is a post apocalyptic RPG. Heres a brief snippet from Wikipedia: "Following the impact of gigantic asteroids and a variety of armed conflicts the world has been virtually destroyed. With the asteroids came an extraterrestrial matter called Primer which causes various mutations creating a new species: Homo Degenesis . There are 13 different cults in the remains of the world which either work together or are neutral to each other today. The player characters are significantly influenced by their choice of a cult." As this is our first foray into TTRPGs, we are fairly flexible in terms of what we are looking for. We don't mind a brutal or unforgiving game but any 'best practice' experience the GM is able to provide to make the game flow better would be greatly appreciated. We're fairly flexible with days (with the exception of 9am-5pm Mon-Fri). Happy to coordinate with the rest of the group to find an ideal time.
