Hello,  We are about to start our campaign, and I noticed one of my PCs has the wrong initiative. Unless I'm mistaken, isn't initiative your d20 roll + DEX modifier? He has a -1 Dex modifier, but his Initiative box says -2. Any thoughts? Thanks
