Microphone not working

Hello. This past Friday I ran a game where we all had micros. My micro was enabled to be shared in firefox, plus to broadcast in the options in-game. I was able to hear all of them but they wasn't able to hear me at all. The microphone in question is a Ps3 Eye that I use for quality of sound, and it works in skype, hangouts, TS, Raidcall, Ventrilo, Discord and other programs. I tried making it work by closing everything but the game, re-plugging and rejoining, disabling broadcast then enabling it again and nothing of it worked so far. I tried google chrome as well, with the same results. Any idea on how I could fix this?

Standard process aside, an un-elegant solution I've found whenever my mic isn't work when it really should be is to completely quit out of the browser and restart it anew... if that doesn't do it a computer restart usually does. Like I say, this is un-elegant and only used because it works... for me. The most important thing here is step 9.4, focussing on the console log when the issue is in effect, this helps the dev team identify and potential issues on their side of things or at least suggest steps if the issue is a local one instead.

Neither following the steps nor shutting down whole the browser/PC helped. I do not know how to copy the log of the console, but I noticed that when the voice is enabled, it says on the console : TURNS is not yet supported.

We've been seeing a bunch of these issues popping up lately, and think it might be an issue with webrtc (the tech that TokBox, our AV provider, uses). Can you try going on <a href="https://appear.in/" rel="nofollow">https://appear.in/</a>, a free video chat service that also uses webrtc, with a friend and see if you have the same issues you are having on Roll20?

Entered with my wife to try and see if she could heard me and my microphone gets shared but does not work, same thing it does with Roll20.
