I want to make a character sheet for a game I've been working on but I've been having some problems. My original plan was to use an existing character sheet as a template and rework everything, but I never get very far. This is my forth attempt (first this year) at reworking an existing sheet and my head physically hurts so I think I'm ready to throw in the towel and ask someone for help.
I'd rather not go into all the details until I know someone's interested in helping, but here are some details if it'll help sway anyone one way or the other:
I'd rather not go into all the details until I know someone's interested in helping, but here are some details if it'll help sway anyone one way or the other:
- The game's finished (core mechanics), I just need to make it work better with roll20's interface and add some quality of life elements, hence the character sheet.
- It uses the same stats as Fire Emblem games.
- It uses a set of 'raw' stats and 'simplified' stats so autocalcs for the simplified stats are necessary.
- A way to track status effects/conditions (with checkboxes or radials) is a plus but not necessary.
- A way to toggle equipped weapons and have that autocalc'd somewhere; useful but not necessary.
- Could not care less about CSS at this point, just want to get a sheet together and working properly.
- There's no rush; as long as I know someone's working on it, I can concentrate on some other important things.
