Roll20 Zooming and Map Stretching

Does anyone else have this issue? Whenever I zoom in on a picture or token that I've put into roll20, sometimes the entire grid will stretch and warp. How can I fix this?
Here's sort of what I'm talking about. I use little title cards for the campaign I run--which is done in episodes. The silhouette is in the Map layer and marked 'As Drawing'--but for whatever reason, when my players and I zoom in like this, the images always seem to warp the size of the overall grid.

On the left screenshot, where it looks like your Episode card covers the entire Roll20 Page size (per the Page Settings : Units) and it has the default Roll20 grey hashmarks background. Could you try setting your Page to a larger size (effectively making margins around your Episode Silhouette) and set your Episode Silhouette card within the page (having some units of margin space on all sides)?   For example if the left-hand picture is a Page size of perhaps 12x36, change it to perhaps 20x50 (try a background color like gray, black, or match your blue color), and keep your 12x36 episode card graphic in the middle.
Original was 18x33. The current screenshot is of the page at 20x50.

If you continue adding margin like that (and choose a color that you like for it), I think that it may resolve the appearance that changed from zooming at a certain level. Does it help?
No--adding margins does not fix the issue. The page size itself still appears to warp.

Lammy, would you like us to move your thread to Bug Reports & Technical Issues? We can pursue troubleshooting steps there if something is not working as intended. In your screenshots it doesn't really look warped to me. The aspect ratio looks the same in right & left images, as seen by the silhouette shape and the letter shapes, and the circles around Bay City letters still appear perfectly circular on both images (not stretched which would create an oval shape on the circles). The page appears to me to be adding margin at certain zoom levels rather than showing the grey-hatch background, in your case it appears to be bottom margin of blue.

just a note, but I've noticed this in my games as well with images on the map layer. It seems to be intermittent for me (as in not all pages). But I think that you could safely designate this a bug.

It is a known bug that has been around at least 2 years.
If this is a known bug that's been around for two years, why hasn't it been fixed yet?

I can only speculate that it is very low priority as it doesn't seem to cause any issues beyond slightly strange visuals at times. A reliable reproduction method might make it much easier for the issue to be found and fixed though, if you want to pursue it.
