Deleting bars, Merging Library items, and pages not copying correctly when GMing

Hi, so I have made three different boards for the game Fiasco, one for three players, one for four, one for five. - First, I have physical representations of each of the sides of a red, a black, and a white die that all players can edit, and I was wondering if there was a way I could completely remove the 3 circles, which I believe are called bars, that show up on top of them. - Second, I am using many of the same photos for representation on the board and in handouts and I would like to know if I could merge the Items in my Library to conserve space in it, as I said before I have each of the 6 sides of 3 different die colors and I have 3 games of the Fiasco board so there are around 54 sides of die in my Library. - Third, I am starting a Fiasco Friday group and I would like to keep the board from each night but whenever I duplicate page on any of the boards it just duplicates a blank page that does not have any of the tokens or writing. - Fourth, Is there a way I can let other players edit text boxes as it will speed things up during play.
I've never even heard of Fiasco, but I think I can help with an issue or two. 1) To remove the bubbles at the top, you could right-click whatever you want to remove the bubbles from, then go to the advanced label, then click the "Is Drawing" label. This'll make it so that they can't possibly have names or bubbles or anything of the sort on them. The downside is that they won't grid snap like tokens will. 2) I know that to cut down on the whole duplicates in your Library issue is fairly simple. All you do is have the base 18 sides, go into your art library, and edit the tags so that when you search for them using the image tab, they'll show up and you can drag and drop from there. If I didn't explain it very well, I apologize. That's always been one of the things I haven't been very good at. Let me know how those two solutions work out for you.

But I guess I like being able to snap to grip more than wanting to not see the bubbles. 2) I do this for most things, but when I am assigning a character picture or adding a picture to a handout I, so far, have not been able to do this. At this point, I was asking about the merging so I wouldnt have to go in and redo 5 games worth of tokens and graphics.

If the players can't see/edit the bars (from the advanced tab of the token settings), they won't see them, but the GM will (that said, you could always click the re-join as player button from the settings tab for the actual game, since you're just playing Fiasco). Alternatively, as qwerty says, you can change them from being tokens to being drawings, but I think that would prevent them from being used as rollable table tokens, which is probably what you're doing. The image search tab will pull up images from your art library, so you don't need duplicates for multiple Fiasco campaigns. That said, you probably don't need multiple Fisaco campaigns. If you want different board setups for different player counts, you could do multiple pages. Also, you could cut down on the number of images you're using by tinting the white dice red, instead of having separate images for white and red dice. Tinting the white dice black probably won't look right for the black dice, but you could do that as well if you really wanted to. Duplicating a page from the page configuration dialog only duplicates the page settings (grid, size, etc.), not the page contents. The only way to easily duplicate the page contents is with the Transmogrifier tool, which is a Pro subscription feature. They can edit text boxes they create. qwerty4132 said: I've never even heard of Fiasco, but I think I can help with an issue or two. It's a fairly freeform collaborative storytelling game designed for one-shots instead of extended campaigns. The basic premise is generally Applied Murphy's Law. To quote the publisher's website: Maybe some dude from youth group talked you into boosting a case of mortor oil, but now your cousin is dead in a swamp and you killed him. Maybe you and your girlfriend figured you could scare your wife into a divorce, but things went pear-shaped and now a gang of cranked-up Mexicans with latex gloves and a pit bull are looking for you. It seemed like such a good idea at the time. Fiasco is inspired by cinematic tales of small-time capers gone disastrously wrong -- particularly films like Blood Simple , Fargo , The Way of the Gun , Burn After Reading , and A Simple Plan . You'll play ordinary people with powerful ambition and poor impulse control. There will be big dreams and flawed execution. It won't go well for them, to put it mildly, and in the end it will probably collapse into a glorious heap of jealousy, murder, and recrimination. Lives and reputations will be lost, painful wisdom will be gained, and if you are really lucky, your guy just might end up back where he started.

Good answers by Qwerty4132, I'll add a few things: 1) As Qwerty said, you can change to Is Drawing and it will lose the bubbles but also lose the snap. Alternatively, you can turn off the view and edit permissions and none of your players will see the bubbles and you'll retain the snap. See: https://wiki.roll20.net/Token_Features#In_the_Adva... 2) As Qwerty said, you can prevent the duplication by using images from Your Library, rather than dragging them in from your computer again. Note that you will need to search for them using the side panel and drag them from it. Opening the floating art library (Image under "Your Quota" on below link) will let you upload but you can't drag in from it. See: https://wiki.roll20.net/Art_Library#Your_Library 3) Duplicate Page only copies the Settings for a page. The intent is making new pages with the same settings for grid type, grid size, background color, size, etc. See: https://wiki.roll20.net/Page_Toolbar#Duplicate_Pag.. 4) You're talking about text from the Text Tool ? There isn't a way to do that without using the API (Pro subscriber perk) to change the permissions on the underlying object. Edit: That's what I get for answering while gaming... Thanks Brian!

I will probably just get one once my school lets out in a couple of weeks.
