i am thinking of making a freeform campaign for the game where the players will run a minor house with little to no land the time setting will be DURING robert berathians rule but not to long before it and will be following the TV series story for big events like the... FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NOT WATCHED THE TV SERIES OR HAVE READ THE BOOKS PLEASE STOP READING HERE unless you dont care in which case read on :D<<< death of king robert the war of the five kings death of jeofery....etc some ideas the players might like would be: Skagos island: subjugating or uniting the small houses on Skagos a sizable island to the north bigger then even bear island with prospects of also bringing its neighbor island Skane under your/its rule this type of start will have little to do with the outside world and after you have conqured the island or have failed to do so you will be left to deal with the after effects Robs war: you will play a minor house hold in the mainland (can be anywhere preferably the north or the stormlands somewhere were the main players can enlist you) and when house stark rebels against the crown you will join a side and fight in that war The game of thrones: Starting of anywhere in westeros you are a minor house with little to no land (depended on the highest ranking house memebrs status skill) and you aim to play the game of kings and queens trying to claim the accursed seat that is the iron throne. Money talks: while not true nobles or running a minor house you are wealthy and maybe that wealth can help you carve a name for yourself on the isle of westeros (i would assume the players are all equal and are running a merchant union together everyone will view you as small folks until your fist is bigger then theirs or if they want something from you and then they put on the airs of politeness) these are just ideas the players themselves can decide on what they want to do and i am open to having more then one house playing at a time but i still would like to limit it to 5-6 players
