When I edit my OGL character sheet I like to use the pop-out. However, when I unlock my spells I am unable to drag-and-drop them. This does not affect the in-window character sheet. I can drag-and-drop spells without issue in that case. This occurs in both Chrome and Firefox. I have not tested in IE.
