Chat archive for game vanished.

Tried to open up the chat archive for my pathfinder game in both Safari and Chrome and neither will display anything but a blank page. The only archive I have is a short segment presented within the Roll20 interface from our last session. It'd be nice to get our last couple of months of sessions back for review. If the Creator of your games has not Clearing the game's Chat Archive , then we should carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

Having the same problem with 3 different campaigns (5e, Pathfinder, and freeform). The campaign itself works fine, but all the chat logs are completely gone. Blank grey page.

I am also getting this error. It matches the description other have given, and the image Goose posted. I can see ingame chat fine, but the chat log page is blank, both on a game I'm part of, and one I'm DM of (and have not cleared the log). The first one, the other players logged in currently are not having the issue. Firefox 47.0.1, Chrome 51.0, IE 11.0 Firefox has the error: Error: TypeError: t is undefined Source File: <a href="https://app.roll20.net/assets/chatloglibs.js?1467" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/assets/chatloglibs.js?1467</a>... Line: 5 (and a pile of css warnings, if you want those) Chrome has the error: chatloglibs.js?1467151339:5 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined I've cleared cache and restarted browsers a couple times. Disabled extensions.

Just noticed that my chat archives are not shown for my game when accessing with my phone (android 4.04) on chrome but they were with my laptop. Thought you all would want to know.

Same issue here. There's nothing on the chat archive, though I can still see the log in game. I'm using safari in my ipad with latest os. I'll try with my laptop. Few of my friends said they also have the same problem. I think it is not fixed yet.

Hello, I have the same issue. I tried clearing the cache and all but it still doesn't work. I have 2 games as GM and 1 as player but on all 3 of them I can't see the chat log. I notice more and more users encounter this problem, will it need a maintenance to get all of this fixed?

I am also running into this same issue in several different games, as both GM and player. I'm running Chrome version&nbsp;51.0.2704.106 m on a Windows 7 Professional 64-bit computer. Javascript is enabled, and I am using Symantec Endpoint Protection version 12.1.6 as antivirus. Currently, all browser extensions are disabled. Here's the console log for the error: chatloglibs.js?1467210998:6 Initializing new dice engine with randomness... chatloglibs.js?1467210998:6 Using random entropy chatloglibs.js?1467210998:5 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined I've also duplicated the problem in Firefox 47.0.1. Just pushed out a fix for this second issue. I have checked most of the games posted here, and they seem to work now. Please let me know if you find any games of yours that still don't work.

As far as I know it should be fixed. Can you link to the game you're still having issues with? I just checked now and indeed it is fixed for all 3 of them. Thank you!
