Drag'n'Drop creates incorrect token.

I have had this issue on every vtt I have played in so far.  I didn't find anything quite like this when searching the forums, so here goes: Step 1) I create a character sheet and associate both an avatar and a default token (different images) Step 2) I drag the character from the handouts section onto the board.  It works as normal. Step 3) I export character from vault to a different game. Step 4) The GM drags my character to the play area and the token is created using the avatar on that sheet, not the default token. Step 5) I drag the character onto the play area and the default token is created as expected. This has happened with every character and in every game I have played so far.

I just followed these steps. 1. Created a new character. Gave it avatar A and token B. 2. Exported to my vault. 3. Imported into a game I am not a GM in. 4. Using the GM account, not mine, I dragged the token onto the board. 5. The token used token B as expected. Which of your games, and which token specifically, did you have this issue with. I'll make a copy of the game and see if I can recreate the issue there.
It has occurred with the following characters (Which I have exported to my vault at this time. Be advised I have deleted from the vault and re-imported and re-exported to see if it would clear the issue. ). Tizindo, Ikiryo, Malcolm Tynth, Blackbriar.  Today I had the issue with Tizindo at the game:  Breakfast and Bloodshed Malcolm/Blackriar:  PFS Sealed Gate Tizindo and Ikiryo:  PFS Evergreens There are several other tables but I can no longer tell which a a specific character was on and which tables I played before adding separate tokens for avatars. I'm sort of presuming you can pull the character sheets from the vault to get the tokens and avatars, but if not let me know how to upload the images for you and I shall.

I created copies of those games and dragged those characters on the the table-top and it used the correct token image. One last thing I can try to recreate this with. I've created a new game, and am going to PM you an invite link. If you could join the game, and import all of the characters you've had issues with in the past, I'll see if I can replicate the behavior you mentioned.
I have exported the characters, each, to the blank game you created.  I will admit, in light of the results from your very straightforward tests so far, I'm beginning to adjust my expectations.  It wasn't until the problem had repeated across multiple games and with different characters that I felt I should contact you folks about it.  A certain level of concern comes from the idea that if it isn't simple to replicate, the odds of doing so are much lower.  I didn't think to check on the GM's browsers or versions, but I'm using Chrome Version 51.0.2704.103 m (64-bit).  I have an extension (uMatrix) that is very aggressive about controlling traffic on my end, but I have Roll20 greenlit and have not had problems for the most part.  While I doubt that it has an impact on the GM's experience, I consider more data more helpful (except when it begins to obfuscate the issue). Regardless, just let me know if there's anything else I can or should do.  Also:  Thank you for taking some time to look into this.  I really appreciate the alacrity and thoroughness of the response.

I've tested this with all of the characters you uploaded to the test game and did not see any unexpected behavior. Let me just say: I absolutely believe that this is happening to you, but it has to be more than just what you've identified so far. It has to be something else causing it. If you can figure out what that "something else" is, I will have a much easier time trying to fix this. The most helpful is being able to recreate the issue in a brand new, blank, game. You've been very clear with all of your help so far, thank you for that, it makes my job much quicker/easier. I hope you are able to find the extra step, so we can figure out how to fix this for you.
Thanks for your time and effort. I'll check with the GM's that have been experiencing the problem with my tokens.  I didn't question them thoroughly about exactly what steps they were using.  I'll also look into how I create/associate the tokens for the character sheets.  If I can collect better data I'll check back in.  Until that time, much obliged.
