Just had a character add alert and observant feats. Where do you add bonuses that will only affect the passive abilities?

@Gary - For the specific character go into edit mode, in the skills box, choose Show passive (highlighted yellow), then add a 5 where the red circles are in the picture below.

LOL- maybe I need to take the observant and alert feats. I added them to the column right after the proficiency mark as a temp solution.  How did I miss the column of zeros before the passive calculation!
