If anyone could be of help that would be great!! :D so me and my friends just started a game of DnD today all of us are newbies and made our character sheets to the best of our abilities with some online guides however we don't know how to assign spells we used a website saying we get 3 cantrips and 2 normal spells at level 1 but i was watching someone else's video of making a level 1 character and he said something about getting 6 spells on a wizard but it being difficult for others how does the spell assigning work? this is 5th edition of DnD if you need more info mesg me and i'll give you all of our classes
