LFG Anything, Anything. Relativley new to dnd

(That was supposed to be "Anything/Anytime" btw) Hi! Im Luke and I'm 23 and I live in Australia (NSW) and I was looking for anything D&D related actually. I just want to play more of it. Im in a 3.5 campaign right now at about midday Sunday (GMT+10 my time) but I am a quick learner of other systems and mechanics. I was mainly looking for a text based roll20 campaign...Play-by-post moves too slow for my tastes and I'm not completely comfortable talking over the mic to....well a bunch of strangers really so text-based is really what I'm searching for. Thank you for reading my spiel I hope I fit your campaign's needs :D

In the same boat as you. Statistically speaking, I guess finding a running game is harder than running one and inviting people. :( Perhaps the strategy of opening a campain and requesting a DM and players would be a more successful? I see that some people have gone that route and actually have applicants. If you wanted to do that, I'd be on-board.

Well...I would do that except...Well I really dont want a specific campaign and I feel Im too new to the genre to pick one that people liike or are interested in so I was mainly asking for anything to cover the broadest spectrum. If I do get hits for a text-based campaign then I'll hit you up over PM Zeekar.

If I can get my campaign board working over on the dev server it will be a text based game. Haven't set the time or day yet since I first want to get the board working.

I use the BFRPG system which is a 3.5 system rewrote to be more like Basic D&amp;D or 1e D&amp;D but still retains some modern qualities. It is fairly simple system that is quick to pick and the best part is that it is free. I have houserule of course but those can be explained later.
