Broken Whispers in Logs

Since awhile back now, the whispers from other players are not showing in the the history logs of any games I play. This is with whispers unhidden. This goes for all the other players and the GM in the games I'm in. None of the whispers incoming appear at all. We've tried Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer but none of them work to view. We're all using windows PCs to my knowledge (10 I believe). But until we wiped the logs because they were taking so long to load, it seemed like the whispers were viewable for about 1/2 of the way and then they just stopped. Did they just stop being recorded in a update to roll20?

I just went and tested this and everything seemed to work as intended. Which of your games are you having this issue with?

I'm viewing the whispers of the first game, as the GM and am seeing lots of whispers. Both rolls to the GM and whispers between players. When you view as a player you only can see whispers that you were part of, so you can't see other players whispers as a player. I do see a bunch of roll template "errors", which means you changed character sheets at some point in the middle of the game. This might have something to do with some of the messages missing. If the rolls were made with a different character sheet, then the sheet was changed, those rolls will no longer show up in the chat because the "rolltemplate" code is no longer attached to the campaign. If you can give me some more specific examples of what exactly you're expecting to see, I may be able to help more.

I'm having issues with this in&nbsp; my own campaign . I'm one of the players and I can see whispers from and directly to myself (as a player), but whispers between characters do not show up any more in the log. Currently, there are a lot of whispers going on between two characters, Étáine (myself) and Crystal. We can see them all correctly in the log if we send the whispers to the players of each character, but anything between the characters themselves is broken. I can see my whispers as Étáine TO Crystal, but nothing from Crystal in response. Again, this only affects the log, we can see it all correctly when it's still in the chat window. Oddly enough, this happened about halfway through the campaign. Whispers seemed to work normally before that. The workaround is obvious enough now that we discovered it, we're just whispering each other as player to player now, but it is a little frustrating from an immersion perspective.

Are those impirted chars? Because all my players with imported chars had the issue.

It might be the accented characters in the character name?

None of our characters are imported, they were all created for this game. As for the accents, that was one thought we had, but another player with the character Grey (no accents) has been having the same issue, so we're not sure. We also have this issue in a separate game. Edit: Grey's player just reminded me of another (possibly related) issue. Our GM has set it so that they can see all of our whispers between each other, which has worked for all but Grey/his player. To the best of my knowledge, any messages to or from either of them can't be seen by the GM, though it works for the rest of us.

Just a bit of a bump to say this is still an issue. This is what it&nbsp; looks like for me. Crystal's player sees the same, but for their own whispers to me. I'm bumping because other whispers have started randomly appearing or disappearing in the chat log, ones that were there before aren't, ones that I originally noticed missing are back. We've considered deleting the chat log, but don't really want to accept as a last possible resort, since there's a lot of very useful information in it.
