3.5 Character Sheet, Spell Lists are Horrific

Diana P where you at! Can someone fix the 3.5 sheets please, it's all great apart from the spell list which is annoying to customize and it links to dandwiki which is one of the worst sites to gather spells. The 5e sheet is magnificent in the way the spells work, we need it to be like that!

I am sorry that you do not like aspects of the 3.5 sheet I created, however, I do not have the HTML and CSS expertise to create a sheet which works as the 5e sheets work.  The whole reason the sheet exists in the first place is that no one else had stepped up to make one so I donated the sheet that I created for my group to use.  It was never intended to replace paper/other location sheets entirely, but rather hold the information needed to make playing easier.  As far as linking to the dandwiki, only the examples link there; you are more than welcome to change the links to whichever location you would prefer.  D&D 3.5 does not have a Compendium on Roll20 to be able to download information from so there is no way for me to allow drag and drop like their sheets do. If you would prefer a more full-featured sheet (like the 5e sheets), I would encourage you to create and submit the sheet as a new variant.  The Roll20 devs have allowed multiple sheet for the same game especially when one is simpler and the other more full-featured.

An actual reply! Thankyou and thankyou again for the 3.5 sheet then, I appreciate the work you have done and it's a great contribution to Roll20! Now is there anyone out there with the experience to basically copy-paste the 5e spell lists over to the 3.5 sheet?

If you looking for a quick way to generate useable spell macros then I'd check out  this thread . Alternatively you can easily build something in excel or google sheets that can allow you to quickly throw together macros with little input,  mine use power cards (API based and therefore Pro level feature) but the logic and lessons can be applied to a roll template maker :)
