I ran into one instance so far where I was rolling 4d6d1 and one of the six sided dice landed on edge against the edge of the screen and stayed there. When this happened one of the other dice that had landed flat started gyrating and slowly sliding up the screen. I watched this continue for about 30 seconds. Eventually I just reloaded the campaign interface to clear it. Unfortunately I did not get screenshots of it. I was running Mozilla Firefox version 17.0.1 when this happened.
