No access to Roll20

Hello, One of my players (Lyra S.) has a problem. Since yesterday, she is suffering some connection errors (Cloudfare, Error 1013) or a black screen. She tried to clear the memory cache, cookies, change the navigator ... Failed... She's on W10 with Firefox and Chrome. This is not something I've seen before, so bear with me. When you say she would get the error screen or a black screen, do you mean that she would randomly get one or the other when trying to load into the game? Does she have any problems accessing the rest of the site, or just inside of a game? If it only happens in a game, is she able to access a different game or does this happen every time she loads the editor? Does she have any anti-virus software running on her computer? If she does have her try loading a game with her AV software temporarily disabled

Since yesterday, sometimes she can access to the game (but with black screen). But most of time, she can't access to the site, with connection error (see screenshot). After disabled AV, she has black screen on Firefox and error on Chrome.

Ok. She has reinstal Windosw 10. Now she can join the game, so it's ok. No other choice than reinstal. But thx for try to help.
