Looking for two Players Marvel Themed Hero System

Hey all, we found a GM but want a team of 4 to 5 players that are more focused on the story rather than the system as we are still very new to it. If you have experience with the system by all means feel free to join, but please be patient as we will be learning the newish system to us. The game takes place in a world similar to 616/Earth Prime as our heroes live there they are obviously going to be differences in the history just not massive differences. The game will start right in the time gap of the start of all new Marvel and the end of Secret War. We currently have a magic based swordsman (me), an energy being that was once a normal human, and a Symbolite. I would like either a mutant or inhuman to join the team, but it is not a requirement. I would prefer you have at least some Marvel history in your head even if it is just the movies otherwise why play in the universe? The tentative start date is the 13th starting at 6:00 EST and lasting until 9:00/10:00 and may be either weekly or bi weekly. We will likely use Discord for comms. Also, the GM wants to record our sessions and put them on his site, so you must be okay with that. Hey there, my name's Alex. I would absolutely love to play in this. I'm a big comic book nerd, the movies are cool too. I would love to play as an Inhuman, my favorite would have to be "Black Bolt" and all the Royal Family, but I'm open to play whatever. My first comic book was Secret Wars, then more Inhumans, then all the big titles i.e. Superman, Batman, Spiderman, Hulk, Wonder Woman, Nick Furry chronicles (a bit strange that one), Doctor Strange, ect. As I said before I would love to play in this, I've only played D&D 5e for a few months now, but I'm a quick learner and I have a very open schedule. I work as a dorm director at my local college (year round), and I work from home, watching cams, locking/unlocking the doors....Anyway point being, I'm free and available, pretty much anytime that y'all need.

We are trying to stay with player created characters right now, but the good thing about that is there are a lot of Inhumans being created in the Marvel universe at this thanks to Black Bolt and his T-Bomb there are new Inhumans popping up everywhere at the moment and it is a been a big issue with mutants as it is causing issues with them ranging from power loss, death and infertility. This is the basis of the Inhumans Vs. X-Men that will happen soonish in the comics.

My friend (Matt) and I are interested, but the start time may be too early as we each have work. We're both experienced D&D, Pathfinder, and FFG Star Wars players, but haven't tried this system. It sounds pretty awesome. I for one have seen all the movies and know second-hand a lot of Marvel history. We both prefer consistent games with a good mix of story/role play/battle/non-battle conflict. Let me know if you think we'll fit in.

The tentative time and date do not work for me. But I am very interested and wanted to get my post in here in case it changes. I have played tons of DND and love super heroes so I could I not hop on this. I am going to keep an eye on this.
