Play Button Missing from Jukebox

So I was editing my campaign today when I noticed the add button is missing from the jukebox. I first went to go make sure my account was up to date and it was. Reloaded web browser, cleared cache, and rebooted PC. When I got back into Roll20 it was still not visible. I am at a loss. I attached a screenshot as well and any help would be appreciated.

Can you check to see if you're also missing the title field and add buttons for Decks and Macros on their respective tabs?
