Is It Possible to Copy Elements From One Campaign To Another?

I would like to copy my critical fumble and critical hit decks from one campaign to another. I know I can do it by using a base campaign but I have an established campaign I would like to to add a deck from another campaign without having to create the entire deck again. Is this possible?

I don't believe it is but it should be. It would be nice if pages, decks, handouts and character sheets could be store in the library. If you mean is it technically possible the answer would be yes it would just depend on how much time they want to spend on it.
