As a player, I have no problem with what Alby did, as it was entirely in character for him. As a character, Charoux would see to it that Kayleb was fired immediately, if he knew. Without a specific request to the contrary, legitimate authorities should not be harmed in the course of our missions. Blowing up the base was certainly on the to-do list, of course.
