Topic title says it all, I've been GMing this campaign off and on for the past few months and I've had half the party drop off, the folks I'm playing with are a solid group but I'm looking for a couple more players to give us a more rounded-out group. For those unfamiliar with the system, Unknown Armies is a Call Of Cthulhu-esque system set in the "real world" where the Lovecraftian monsters are, well, real people. That's relatively reductive but it's a system you have to really experience in order to truly appreciate. We're currently playing using the 2nd edition sourcebook, although gamma-test versions of the impending 3rd edition are in the wild. I backed the Kickstarter so I am planning on using some of those elements from that 3rd edition down the road, but right now I'm just trying to get used to the system. The campaign we're playing is a dark, street-level campaign about a group of estranged friends investigating their other friend's suicide using the bizarre clues he left behind, hinting at a larger conspiracy behind the world. The story will tackle dark themes like suicide, depression, racism, etc, so players should be 18 & up or at least mature enough to handle such topics. If you were to join you could be another estranged friend or just a random hitchhiker, as the campaign takes the role of a road trip. Currently we're still playing through the first scenario but I expect to wrap it up within a week, so new players should be ready to join by at least November 8th. If you're interested, PM me answers to a brief survey. Just looking to see your gaming experience in general, your interest in the horror genre, if you have any experience with UA or will need to be taught along the way (which isn't a problem), and what your deepest fear is. Cheers!
