Asking for Help with Dice Macro

I'm fairly new to everything here and currently I am looking over the Dice Reference page for creating dice macros. I must be missing something because I am having a little trouble creating a macro and I was hoping someone could help me out. For basic dice macros you'll see the results of the roll in the text chat area. Additionally, you'll also see the total of all the dice values plus modifiers to the right of the equal sign. For example, a roll of 2d10s (/roll 2d10) would produce something similar to this: My question is this: In a macro, how do I remove the total of all the dice values that are to the right of the equals sign, AND the equals sign? In the above case, the equals sign and the 17 would be removed or not show up and the only thing displayed in the chat would be the ( 9 + 8 ). The result of such a macro would look like this: In essence all I am looking for is the result of the 2d10 that were rolled and nothing else. The total of the 2 dice rolled, or any total from any amount of dice rolled are not necessary and I'd like to remove that result from the macro.

There might be another way but I can't think of it other than inline rollers As you can see, the [[2d10]] showed up the total as did the [[1d10+1d10]] but the [[1d10]]+[[1d10]] just showed the individual rolls next to each other. Is this what you wanted? Is the appearance of the dice icons important?

Actually I think you've managed to give me the solution. Since the expression [[1d10]]+[[1d10]] gives the results side by side and eliminates the equals sign and the total, this will work. The appearance of dice icons could be important however. Is there a way to add those in? And before I forget. Thank you!

Not that I know of with the inline rollers. If you hover over the results, you will get a pop up window that tells you what you rolled but there still would not be any dice icon.
