I tried current Firefox and Chrome, ensured drivers were updated, tried different microphones (USB and wireless headset), changed video bandwidth to various values, reloaded the page repeatedly, rebooted the machine, tried your troubleshooting steps, etc. - everything I could think of for almost three hours. I see no whisper option when choosing a player's avatar, or any clickable options (mute, volume, etc). Clicking my own seems to toggle mute for me (can't verify as no one can now hear anyone, muted or not). Your first post said that the new system is now the default, but you simultaneously removed OpenTok completely. Please allow OpenTok as an option just until you fix the major problems (i.e., no sound at all) with your new system. The Roll20 site is unusable for us in the meantime.
