Hello, I was doing a recurring subscription but my credit card expired. While they are sending my new one, my brother gifted me $10 on Roll20. Now, Roll20 is not letting me use that to get a subscription. I use the Dynamic Lighting effects for my campaign (it's in the Underdark) and I can't properly prepare my campaign for this weekend because I can't use Dynamic Lighting. Even worse, I try to e-mail <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a> and I get "The account [e-mail] is disabled." What gives?! Thank you.
