I'll be away from the studio at a doctor's appointment during game time tomorrow, but, once the appointment is concluded I will try to Discord in from the doctor's parking lot for the last hour or so of the session.  There's a Margrave of Portlandio to reunite with....

That will be wonderful, Larry , to hear your voice and incorporate a long-awaited reunion with an essential character of this campaign: Larry's PC, lately called Margrave Horukh The Ashen as-of the last time the party knew him. This has been a long-time coming. It could be a dramatic point in the campaign, today. I'm posting some Preview information for today's session (including maps!), in the Journal thread. Tuesday December 13 update & challenge from the DM. Your initial challenge for the session is the following: What spells, skills, tools, or allies you've met in your adventures, can be called upon to help the party tunnel through bedrock? The EarthBender Lich is keeping you out with layer upon layer, many yards thick, solid bedrock with extra earthbent impenetrability.&nbsp; Think of any spells related to tunneling or earth removal? Who wants to physically hit and chip away at the bedrock wall? What weapon or tool are you using?&nbsp; Thieves can attempt Tunneling rolls. What allies can you call upon? Name 4 past allies who can help with earthbending issues.&nbsp; One of them is the Xaren-Xorn which Horukh summoned for you at the end of last session. Second earthy ally? ______ Third earthy ally? ______ Fourth earthy ally? ______ The party will need to think of 4 qualifying allies to unlock the Galeb Duhr jail on the bottom level of Tower Descent. Think back to get ahead. (Some of these allies pre-date Andy or Lex so their PC's might not know). Start the game session: Heads up. There is a chance I (the DM) could be a bit late for Tuesday Dec 13 session. I'll be returning from traveling. The game is still on. I'll be coming home from the mountains, and logging into the game as soon as possible. I will try to connect Discord voice remotely if I can get a connection on the way in the car. Go ahead and start the session with some roleplaying, tactics, and character leveling. Discuss solutions / answers to the initial challenge question at the top of this post. &nbsp; Paul can help with any character Q&A. Chris has the Co-GM power to move the Players to other maps. Gold will be ready to start the Tower adventure when I get Discord reception.

I have an interview scheduled for 11am pst (1hr before start time) and will probably be late depending on how long it takes. Luckily it is ckose so ill be on asap :)

Chris, use us on your resume'. Met with co-workers weekly for creativity and conflict resolution exercises. Gained experience that promoted character and skill growth. Able to recite powerful incantations by the Age of 11. Good luck with the interview. Thanks for the heads-up for scheduling. This week we embark on the ocean-journey to the Active Volcano to try to stop the evil FireBender Lich from erupting an extinction-level event.
