can't log in from within google hangouts

Hi I've made a campaign with your site. I launch the campaign in google hangouts and I get a screen that askes me to log into Roll20. I enter my email address and password and I get the same screen again. I have added my email address and password over and over but I can't get it to log me in. Can anyone help me out?

Lisa, can you give me a step by step from start to finish? I normally do not use Google+ hangout but here is what I just did: 1) Log into Roll20 2) Go to the campaign page. 3) Click the launch in google+hangout link. 3) Log into google+hangout 4) click the blue hangout button and watch it load. Thanks for your response. I did some experiments and found that I could not log into roll20 from google chrome on mac os. I do have extensions that prevent 3rd party cookies but disabling those extensions didn't make a difference. I am able to log in from firefox which doesn't have any extensions that prevent 3rd party.
