Hi, Corentin B. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the site. Do you think you might be experiencing the same issue described here ? Socks said: Oh ok I've resolved it using quite a weird method? I rightclicked on your avatar on this page, it opened another page where chrome was saying my "connection was not private" and asked if I wanted to proceed, I said yes. It then downloaded your avatar to my downloads page. Then I just restarted chrome and I was good to go, very strange. If following Socks ' method does not resolve your issues, please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
Ok , so i tried to use both firefox and chrome and i still have this issue i already tried to clear my cache and i disabled all my add-ons/extensions so here is the console log : -on the website https://s3.amazonaws.com/files.d20.io/marketplace/... Hi Corentin, Going by those log errors, something is coming between your browser and our s3 server that hosts all of our images. This is likely due to some anti-virus software or a firewall setup that is blacklisting access to this server.
