[LFGM] DND 5E Group seeking a Dungeon Master for their group. Details within.

THIS GROUP IS NOT SEEKING ANY PLAYERS. WE ARE ONLY LOOKING FOR A DUNGEON MASTER TO RUN OUR GAME. IF YOU ARE NOT A DUNGEON MASTER, BE AWARE THAT WE ARE NOT SEEKING PLAYERS (AT THIS TIME) Greetings and salutations! We are a group of friends seeking a weekly game to play in together, but we're without a Dungeon Master. To keep it short and simple, we are looking for someone with a consistent, weekly schedule that has experience running the game. Here are the basic requirements for potential DMs. The Ideal Dungeon Master for us is... 1) Punctual and on time for the game, with perfect attendance, able to make the game weekly, without constant needs for adjustments. Once a time is agreed upon, consistency in game time is key. 2) Experienced in both running the game on the narrative, mechanical, and system side. This means that you know how to help provide the world in which the story is driven, you know how to make combat and encounters feel adequately challenging and suspenseful without needing help executing any of those things in roll20. We expect our DM to be adept at using what roll20 has to offer. If you have a Plus/Pro account and know how to use the features, bonus points to you! 3) Able to take charge of the game once everything has been marshaled together. We don't want the DM to feel powerless because we're going to screen you; ultimately, if we decide we want to choose you as our DM, then taht means we trust you to be able to help lead the game. 4) Able to run a homebrew setting. We don't want an adventure path, we don't want Eberron, and we don't want Forgotten Realms. 5) Flexibility on homebrew supplementation. In case we have experienced players that do not want to use the limited WOTC resources. 6) You are either European or can play late night as an American. If you think you'll be a fit, just go ahead and fill out this application. DM APPLICATION Name: Age: Location/TZ: (Where are you from, and what is your time zone?) Dungeons & Dragons Experience: (How long have you been playing, things you know about the game) Experience as a DM: (How long have you been DMing? What successful games have you run?) Roll20 Experience: (Do you know how to use the system? Got a plus/pro account? Know how to use plus/pro features?) In 3 paragraphs or less, describe your DMing style: Do you have a setting/player's guide ready to use?: (If you have one already, tell us about it. Do not pitch campaign ideas here.) What are the ideal players like to you?: (Based on how we described our ideal DM, describe your ideal group, speaking only in the Out of Character sense.) Other comments:
