Hope you all are doing well! I'm a long-time forum roleplayer (about a decade now) that tried out D&D for the first time a few days ago. We played for a few hours and it was a homebrew, but I really want to learn more about the game and find a group I can play with weekly. I have no idea where to start on this adventure, as the GM was the one who had all the supplies, but I am a fast-learner. I'm interested in it taking place during the weekdays (Monday -Friday), and any time after 5:30 pm but over with by 10:30 pm EST. I also want it to be voice-based (has Skype and Discord), since I already do a lot of typing on forum RPs and acting aloud is insanely fun plus refreshing. I believe we played version 5 of D&D, but I'm willing to learn whichever version is available and with good online resources to start me off. So yeah. Anyone interested in teaching me and/or joining their group?
