I've gotta say, the ability to drag monster stats from the SRD into a character sheet is an amazing feature! When combined with a few simple macros, it makes it really quick and easy to create tokens based on standard D&D monsters with buttons that automatically roll for their attacks, abilities, etc. The problem is it doesn't always work. Several SRD monster stats don't seem to carry over when dragged to NPC character sheets. The most common problem is that the actions don't copy over. However, sometimes other stats (like ability scores) are missing as well. It seems to depend on the monster. The monsters I had major issues with were: Giant Poisonous Snake Harpy Hill Giant Ogre Jackal Skeleton Stirge I encountered issues with other monsters, too, but the stats eventually copied over on them after a few tries. I also noticed that monsters' traits almost never copy over, but that's just a minor inconvenience. (Most traits don't include numerical stats—it's just a block of text that can be found by opening up the Monster description directly from the SRD database.) Steps to Reproduce the Problem: Create a new character sheet in a game set to use the D&D 5e SRD settings. Switch the character sheet to NPC. Drag the desired monster to the character sheet.
