Deckbuilding? Separate 'hands'? Passing hands of cards?

I was thinking of setting up 7 wonders and it occurred to me that it would be ridiculous. Anyone have any clever ideas on how to make games like 7 wonders and dominion work? Any API or work arounds would be great. I know some games(zombie dice coughcough) just don't work well in roll20 so I guess this is my 'will it play?' question lol The only thing I could think of is having the cards on the table and you pick them up, select your card, then set them back down. But you'd have to keep them straight so you don't mix up your actual hand. Now if we can view face-down cards on the table by clicking them without picking them up, that would work, because you could check the cards and select the one you want and only pick that up. But that doesn't help for games like dominion.
I was just thinking about this too. I've been wanting to try to port a Dominion style mechanic where you can create new decks out of existing ones on the fly to an RPG game, but I can't think of a good way to handle that with Roll20 right now.
There just isn't a way. At least with some games like 7 wonders you can sort of.. have the cards on the table.. as tokens and pass them that way.. hope nobody looks? But there are no separate hands, dividing decks, etc.
