stuck on loading, cannot post in forums.

My friend cannot connect to our game in roll20(He is stuck on loading), He also cannot post anything on these forums.and he is the only one with this issue, he has reset his modem and tried this and that, any known issues regarding this? Or any tips to fix it. Thanks

Ok, I see some probable extensions in your screenshot. Please disable any plugins or extensions and try again. If that works you can re-enable them one by one until you figure out which is causing the problem.

Disabled them all, still stuck on loading.

Ok, Im still seeing two icons that may be a plugin or extension. Could you identify them? The first is on the left side betwen the "back" button and the "padlock". The second is on the right side and looks like a "box with a star in it". In any case, please open your console (Ctrl+Shift+K) and then try to enter the campaign. Post any errors you see.

The star is bookmarks and the other button is a verification of flash working.

Ok, a few more ideas before I pass this off to the Devs: One, please supply a screenshot (you can private message it to me) when you try to post a message on the boards. Two, private message me the join link to your campaign. Finally, have you tried chrome to see if that works?

Final question, do you have a second computer? If so I would try logging in from that computer. It may help isolate if it is an issue local to your computer or if it is with your internet connection/ISP. I will forward this to the Devs.

My campaign is also with this problem... no one here is able to reconnect, not me (GM) nor any of the players..
