Dynamic lighting issue

Recently I upgraded to a paid account to have dynamic lighting.  Whenever I have dynamic lighting on for a map, however, one of my players glitches out.  He can see the entire map and all tokens freeze in place.  He can still interact with his token and move it, but he doesn't see the movement on his screen.  This is an issue that happens *only* with him and *only* in my game.  Our group has another game (in which a different person is GM) that uses dynamic lighting and this player does not have the same issue in that game.  Dynamic lighting works in my game when he logs in with Firefox, but the video chat is so unstable that he has to reload the page every few minutes.  We've tried everything to resolve this issue.  We've cleared his cache.   He has no browser add-ons to speak of.  He even tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome.  We've been trying to fix this for a week and a half and it's driving us nuts.
Have you had player go into chrome advance settings and toggle Hardware Acceleration.  This sometimes fixes Dynamic Lighting issues.
Yes.  The same issue happens whether hardware acceleration is turned on or off.  He even did a full reboot after toggling the option.  I also created a new game to test whether or not it was something happening in that particular game and he's having the same issue in the new game as well. The moment I turn on dynamic lighting his screen freezes.  He can still move the map and interact with tokens, but he doesn't see any of what he's doing.  He only sees what was on his screen at the exact moment I turned on dynamic lighting.

Gardakan, I would direct your player to this thread. If they've investigated their cache, addons, and their anti-virus, we'll need them to copy and paste their  console log while they're trying to view the Dynamic Lighting. Are they running on the latest version of Chrome?
His Chrome is current at version&nbsp;58.0.3029.96 (64-bit). Here is the error he's seeing on his console log when dynamic lighting is on: app.js?1493915260:5 Uncaught DOMException: Failed to execute 'addColorStop' on 'CanvasGradient': The provided value (-0.153846) is outside the range (0.0, 1.0). at e.Lamp.castlight (<a href="https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1493915260:5:10079" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1493915260:5:10079</a>) at <a href="https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1493915260:3" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1493915260:3</a>... at Array.forEach (native) at Function.k.each.k.forEach (<a href="https://app.roll20.net/assets/base.js?1492617178:1:1628" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/assets/base.js?1492617178:1:1628</a>) at u (<a href="https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1493915260:31:14107" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1493915260:31:14107</a>) at w (<a href="https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1493915260:31:20896" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1493915260:31:20896</a>) at m (<a href="https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1493915260:31:20086" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1493915260:31:20086</a>) at Object.d20.canvas_overlay.postProcessing (<a href="https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1493915260:31:20183" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1493915260:31:20183</a>) at Object.d20.engine.postProcessing (<a href="https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1493915260:32:7367" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1493915260:32:7367</a>) at i.renderAll (<a href="https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1493915260:27:24833" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/assets/app.js?1493915260:27:24833</a>) e.Lamp.castlight @ app.js?1493915260:5 (anonymous) @ app.js?1493915260:31 k.each.k.forEach @ base.js?1492617178:1 u @ app.js?1493915260:31 w @ app.js?1493915260:31 m @ app.js?1493915260:31 d20.canvas_overlay.postProcessing @ app.js?1493915260:31 d20.engine.postProcessing @ app.js?1493915260:32 renderAll @ app.js?1493915260:27 d20.engine.renderLoop @ app.js?1493915260:33
I'm having the same issues. But my map turns back and stays black.&nbsp;
We were able to figure it out. &nbsp;The player's token had "Start of Dim" set to -5. &nbsp;Setting it to 0 solved our issue.

Great to know, Gardakan. Someone in another thread mentioned one of our wiki guides (guides aren't written by the Roll20 team. Those are community created), has darkvision setting their dim value to -5. I'm going to look into what needs correcting over on the wiki.
