Cant see tokens

i am on chrome and yes i have tried clearing my cache and updating my browser and i know i do not have any addons interfering with the creation tool other players can see their tokens but i cant also i did upload all my images i used but still nothing

that did not work for me sadly it appears to be only for my account because if i log onto another one i can see the icons

yes i have i kept getting duplicates for some wierd reason so i deleted the dupes&nbsp;

Some of the 'duplicate' images that you deleted were the original ones that were in use by your Game. You should replace these images with the existing images in your Art Library, or upload new images to replace them.

question what do i do about the entity that they can control that was their old character

You can remove and replace the broken images associated with a Character (i.e. its Default Token or Avatar ) by pressing that Character's Edit button , hovering over the broken image's thumbnail, pressing the Remove button that appears, and dragging a replacement image from your Art Library (or selecting a new Default Token on the Tabletop)

i know that. im asking since i have accidently placed multple of the image that was deleted how do i get rid of those

i cant because im not the one that can see them only my friends when they are playing and they can still control them i have no way of deleting them because i cant see them

Players who can control Tokens can also delete them by pressing the Backspace or Delete keys. I would ask your players to either attempt to delete the Tokens (which they can see because they have not yet cleared their browser's cache) or clear their browser's cache and ignore the improperly functioning Tokens.
