I am currently running a Warhammer 40k Deathwatch Game that allows not only Space Marines but also Sisters of Battle, Inquisitors, Powerful Psykers or just anyone who believes they have what it takes to defend the empire from alien threats. This is because the game is set in an alternate timeline (If the Emperor Had A Text-To-Speech Device) where the Inquisition was disbanded and reformed to be more in accordance with the Emperor's actual intentions and now the Deathwatch needs more new "Not zealots/trapped in the Warp" recruits. We have a pretty bulky kill squad so far with around 5-6 people, buuuuuuut the male-to-female ratio is a tad uneven... in that there is only one female player in the whole group which though everyone is very nice and just wants to have fun with everyone else, it is still a bit awkward and intimidating. So I am seeking out any other women looking to get into and/or play Warhammer 40K RPGs. As I stated above, you can be a Sister of Battle, an Inquisitor, a psyker or honestly, even a space marine. I know the lore says it can't be done but fuck it. That said, you may play your character as whatever gender you desire. I will not stifle your creativity by shoving anyone into a role or character they aren't comfortable with. I just wanna get a more diverse table and help ease the intimidation factor. Players who are brand new to the game are welcome because I, myself, and several of my players are also totally new to the system as well. So no judgement on that account. If you need help creating a character or getting the books, that will not be an issue. We currently use Skype Audio only to run the game, but Discord is an option that can be utilized if need be.
