Hey there im Dariel and I wanna make some things clear. when i say crack open a cold one with the boys i actually mean playing a table top rpgs with the boys (who in this case would be you,oh valued and dearest reader) on weekend nights anytime after 4:00pm [EST/GMT-5] (includes fridays BUT the first friday of every month i have a meeting that i leave for at 5:00pm and dont comeback untill around 8:30). Whats that you ask? what systems do i have an almost disturbingly intimate knowledge of? well to be honest none really i have pretty good knowledge of 5E but i would need some reminding of how some specific things but i have the PHB for those cases. in the case of every other system though i know nothing but will gladly study up on which ever one i end up using. [ALERT!!!] I HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF ROLL20! okay i went partway through the tutorial before i decided that just DOING IT LIVE would probably teach me faster Ok so you'll be wanting a description of me so you can decide if ill be good in your group luckily i like to talk about myself and you probably like hearing about me if you've gotten this far. -I'm 21 -I'm not a stickler for the rules i dont really mind or care if the GM wants to bend some rules since it should be based on their discretion and any rules set out ill follow im not gunna go outta the way to challenge them since im not the one making an entire world for others to play in. -My favorite part of the game is interacting with characters (both PCs and NPCs) To me its just fun to converse with people. -My least favorite things are puzzles and riddles maaaan these things trip me up every time. i dont mind a puzzle here or there its part of the game but if your going to make a campaign centered around riddles and puzzle please just count me out the most i can handle is a session devoted to them. -people ive played with say im a big wierdo and they love it because the things i do make them laugh and that "I am so strange in the best ways" now i dont know whats so strange about me but then again i suppose being the best isnt common :^) -I warm up to people some what quickly ill probably be a bit quite for maybe the first half of the first session but ill try to break the ice if i dont feel like anyone is warming up to anybody else. -ive helped test a pre-alpha Tabletop rpg and the 2 devs i was playing with told me that i was the modle chaomancer(mage that uses magic that is mostly based on random chance and irratonality) -Dr.pepper is king of sodas -uhhh i had a pet fish named Philippe that literally killed all my other fish including the one we had to separate from the other fish because it was getting to big and attacked them.
