Cannot get card to disappear

Hi there. I have already read on the forums and the wiki of getting rid of cards and it works for the most part, but I have a Jack of spades that won't leave my hand.  I drag it out from my hand onto the table and delete it and it reappears in my hand.  Not sure what to do.  I also hit recall (as I'm the GM of this game) and this card won't leave yet the deck says there is the full 54 cards (including Jokers).  I'd really like to resolve this.
