Sais visits Cracktooth’s tavern When Sais arrived at Cracktooth’s tavern, he found it mostly empty. It was now about 2pm and the place was mostly empty, but Sais expected this because this place usually did not fill up until around 7pm when the first play let out. Cracktooth was there and 3 patrons were seated at a round table. Looking at the people seated, Sais saw Vanchedi with two other large men. Recognizing the town jailer, Sais decided to move up and see how he was doing. As soon as Vachedi saw Sais he raised his arms in celebration and said, “Sons this is the man that helped me to free you.” The two other men then stood up too and as soon as Sais reached the table he was caught up in a three way large bear hug ( GM note : Sais was basically hugged by Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lou Ferrigno, and Dwayne “the Rock” Johnson all at the same time). Once they separated, Vachedi introduced his two sons, Takoda and Tsoai, to Sais. Vanchedi also order a round of drink to celebrate with. Since these where his only patrons, Cracktooth brought the drinks out himself. When Cracktooth arrived Sais first thanked him for the drinks but then he thanked him also for the “epic” speech he gave about Magnimar, it had helped on their journey. Sais then complimented Cracktooth on his fine Tavern and that from the looks of the building, the business must have been treating him well overall. This put a smile on Cracktooth’s face which showed off his crack right canine tooth and his name sake. The tavern owner then said, “I take great pride in my business.” Sais then told Cracktooth he wanted to talk about the Ginfaxi but before they could do that he need to ask Vanchedi and his sons a question. He then turned to the large men and told them about the Ginfaxi and that it was a group that was working to keep Sandpoint safe in ways the guard could not. After he felt they understood, he asked all 3 men if they would join. All three men accepted and with looks on their face that said, “Anything you want or need of us is yours” as they accepted his invitation into the group. ( GM note : All the Vanchedi men treated Sais like they owed he a Wookie Life debt). With everyone at the table now part of the Ginfaxi, Sais moved on to the reason he came here. He wanted to know if Cracktooth had heard anything from the Ginfaxi, specifically their leadership. Cracktooth told Sais that he knew about Nisk and Das being members, and the he had been using his speeches to tell the town about the Ginfaxi as well as the good work they want to do. But, other than that he told Sais that he had not heard anything. Cracktooth said he could not even find the name of any other members, to say nothing of finding their leadership but that he did try. Sais was disappointed that he still was getting no information on the Ginfaxi so he asked Cracktooth to keep looking and let him know if he found anything. Cracktooth happily agreed. Sais next explained the groups plan to the four men, including the Alchemist fire on the bridges. They all listen to him and took in every word of the plan. Once Sais was sure they understood it, he relaxed and started to have a few drinks. He stayed with the men for a while, drinking to Cayden every once and a while, but before too long he told them he had another stop to make so he had better get going. The men all wished him the best as they stayed to drink while Sais left and headed to the Cathedral. Everyone meets up at the Cathedral The group all reached the church at relatively the same time. Alaina and Sais were first, and they went straight to the center of the church to look at the seven stones there. Cereliona arrived next with Daviern a few moments later. She first stopped at the church of Sheyln and prayed to her goddess while Daviren did the same at the Erastil church. Once they were done, Cereliona and Daviren joined back up and headed to the north side of the church, looking for Father Zantus. They found him standing at the north door, keeping himself busy reading but clearly making sure he was seen so people could find him if they wanted so they walked right up to him. Father Zantus was happy to see them and ask what he could do for them. Daviern then stepped back a little so he would not interfere. Cereliona then asked Zantus what preparations the cathedral had done so far. Father Zantus explained that they had come up with the idea of grouping the town up by faith. Each of the 6 clergy would be responsible for watching over their own followers and the he would watch over everyone that followed other religions such as Sabyl and Garriadan Viskalai. Cereliona then explained about how they planned to use the tunnels. The two then worked it out so that the clergy would be responsible for making sure all of the charges where in the tunnels when the battle came. She then added the Heroes of Sandpoint had a few other questions for him but that she would prefer the whole group was there, so she asked if he would join her in the center of the church by the stones. Zantus agreed so all three then headed to the center of the church. When Zheda got to the church her first stop was the church of Gozreh. Once there she thanked Gozreh for bringing her brother back and setting him on a new destiny. As she was finishing this prayer, Cheid walked into the church and saw Zheda. He then loudly said, “Zheda what are you doing in the church of Gozreh?” and he looked concern that Cayden had lost one of his followers. However, Zheda said that she owed Gozreh. Chied then walked up and gave her an ice-cold mug of ale for to take as he said, “Please explain.” Zheda took the drink, downing a large swallow, and then she told Cheid what happened with Skovald including his death and rebirth. She ended by explaining that she was thanking Gozreh for what that god had done for her brother. Chied sympathized with her story so he did not scold her for being in another church. Zheda then said that she was going to meet the rest of the group at the central stones and she invited Chied to join. He happily joined the so the two then walked to the center of the church. As they walked Zheda noticed that even though Chied had given her a glass he was still holding a drink in each hand, two fisted drinking. The sight of this lightened her mood as they entered the central stone area. The Seven Central Stones, Again Alaina and Sais were the first to arrive at the stones and they wasted no time. Alaina was first to test the stones. She went around and tried to touch all the stones to see if they glowed or repelled her. She remembered that last time she did this; stones 1, 6, and 7 glowed for her but none repelled her. This time, stone 3 glowed and stone 6 repelled her. As she did this she watched the stones with her Arcane sight, and just like last time she could see random magical background energy coming off the stones, but nothing that would be consider a school of magic. Sais followed behind her as she did this, touching the stones himself. The stones reacted for him the same as last time, Stone 1 glowed and stone 5 Repelled him. The two then went about testing the stones. Alaina cast the light spell on the stones again but just like last time there was no special reaction to that school of magic from any stone. She then used her elemental blast, but the stones had no special reaction to the electricity, all it did was burn the stone a little. Sais looked at Stone 5 which repelled him. He tried to see if there was a way he could touch the stone. First, he tried to run at it, but the force that repelled him still kept him from touching it. Sais even tried climbing the rock and as he did, to him it felt like he was touching and holding on to the stone, but the rock held him back exactly 1 millimeter, like it had an invisible force field around it. Sais also noticed that him touching the “field” or even sitting on it, did not cause any reaction from the stone. What ever the field was it was not being affected by anything he did. Next Sais pulled out his sword and tried to touch the stone. He found the weapon could touch it so next he tried a stick which could also touch the stone. Finally, Sais put on a glove and tried to touch the stone, which did not work. Through more trial and error, Sais determine that as long as his actual body did not try to touch the stone, it would not react. Sais then clanged his mug on the stone and prayed to Cayden for guidance. As he did this, Sais could feel his god with him, but he did not get an answer. At this point the others joined up; Zheda came into the central open-air area from the east with Chied next to her and Cereliona entered through the north doors with Zantus and Daviren with her. Once everyone was together, Alaina and Sais asked the other two of their group to try the stones. Zheda was first and for her things changed a little. Last time 7 glowed for Zheda while 5 and 6 repelled her, this time 7 glowed and only 6 repelled her. Cereliona followed behind her and she had a complete change; last time stone 6 glowed and stone 5 repelled her; this time stone 4 glowed and 3 repelled her. As she moved, Cereliona also had Barkenstien touch the stones with his paw but there was no reaction from any of the stones. Alaina then got an idea, she placed her book of spell pages on the central alter. And when she did, just as she had expected, the book floated up and then rotated until the point of the Sihedron rune on its cover each pointed to a different stone. Once it stopped moving she flew up and looked at the cover. Then using the runes on then cover and the spell pages already in the book, she was able to see that each stone lined up with a particular sin rune. Stone 1 was Wrath, stone 4 was Envy, stone 6 was Greed, and stone 7 was Gluttony. Then because the Gluttony stone glowed for Zheda and everyone knew she was a glutton, everyone came to the assumption that glowing stones meant the person was filled with that sin and a repelling stone meant that person resisted that sin. Sais then asked what sins the other stones represented; Sloth, Lust, or Pride. Alaina then examined the rune for stone 3 and after checking a few notes, she identified it as Lust; but the other two remained a mystery to her. Alaina then added that she felt their assumptions might be wrong because she felt that she was more of a wrathful person or even a greedier person than a lust full one. She added to her argument by pointing out that greed repelled her, a sin she thought she embraced. Everyone then admitted that they are just guessing so they could be wrong, so they tried another test. They had Chied touch the stones and as they had expected stone 7 glowed for the Halfling. They also ask Xavian to touch the stones but none of them reacted to him. Sais then called out Kassandra and asked her if she had any insight. As he did, Chied ask Zheda why Sais was talking to no one, so Zheda explained the connection the group all now shared with the dagger and how it allowed them to see her spirit form. In her spirit form, Kassandra walked around and “touched” the stones, but they did not react to her. In fact, she was even able to walk immaterially through stone 1 and it did not react. Also, unfortunately Kassandra did not any insights into the stones, but she clearly looked happy to have a new place to explore. She proceeded to move around the area, examining everything so Sais let her be. Cereliona the wanted to see if the central alter would react differently to her more powerful, Chakrum. They took down the book and when she placed it on the alter, it floated up again. This time was faster than last time, but not by much. Cereliona guess the last time it took 5 seconds to float to the top and this time it only took 3 seconds. Also, it held her weapon with a slightly stronger force, as if another magnet had been added, but it was still not a challenge for her to take the weapon down. After this everyone was out of ideas so they all talked about leaving. Hearing this Cereliona told them about the invite the Heroes of Sandpoint had gotten from Rynshynn. Cereliona added that, Rynshynn was the lady that made the actual belt and headband, Alaina and herself had enchanted and upgraded to become the items they were wearing right now. Everyone decided that they should head there now, as a group. Cheid and Zantus stayed at the cathedral. Daviern walked with Cereliona as far as the shop but once it was insight, he left her to return to his stables after saying goodbye. Vernah’s Fine clothing It was about 4 pm when the group then approached Vernah’s Fine Clothing. They found the glass front of the shop behind the Rusty Dragon with a sign on the door that read “Open”, so they opened the door and walked in. Inside they saw Rynshynn already with several other customers, helping them to purchase clothing. It was clearly a family: Father, Mother, and 3 children. Alaina and Cereliona recognized the man as Titus Scarnetti and they shared this with the group. Rynshynn saw the group and she waved to them, indicating that they should look around and that she would be with them when she was done. Everyone then moved around the shop looking at all the “Fine Clothing” on display (Pun intended). As they did, they could hear Titus and his wife talking to Rynshynn and Titus said, “You know you should really stop doing business with Ameiko. After all she is just another untrustworthy foreigner like her brother.” Zheda then immediately spoke up to Titus’s words and Said, “You are wrong.” Cereliona then added, “We are the ones that stopped that, and it was not Ameiko’s doing or fault.” Titus fired back, “Well if it was up to her family, the town would already be burned down, and we would all be dead.” Then speaking at the same time, Alaina and Cereliona told him he was wrong and that it was only her half brother that was the problem. And that Ameiko chosen to protect the town, even though she knew it could lead to her brother’s death which it did. As those two spoke, Zheda gave Titus a look of death for his comments. The sight of the “angry” monk caused him to back off Alaina and Cereliona a little, and he said “I will not argue with the Heroes of Sandpoint. ( GM note : Titus intimidate DC was 21 and Zheda got a 24). Sais then walked up to Titus and asked him, “Who are you then?” Titus seemed offended that Sais did not know who he was as he said, “I am Titus Scarnetti. I am one of the most important people in Sandpoint, and if you want to matter in this town you should remember that.” Sais then got closer to the man and said, “Sorry, you are not important enough for me to know you, but…” However, Sais was not allowed to finish because in the middle of Sais sentence, Titus grab his wife and started to leave. The Scarnetti parents then headed to the door with their children right behind them. As Titus passed by the rogue, Sais reached out and took Titus’s gold purse and it felt heavy. The group all noticed what Sais did, but no one else in the shop did. As Titus continued to walk away, Cereliona and Alaina looked at each other, communicating non-verbally that neither had a problem with it. Zheda however did. She walked up to Sais, giving him a look of a parent that just caught her child with his hand in the cookie jar, and quietly said, “Give it back.” Sais told her he intended to the give it to Rynshynn for having to deal with the Scarnettis. Zheda said, “No that is not the law.” At this point, Alaina joined in the conversation, “Give it to me I will take care of it.” Sais heard her and assumed she meant that she would give it back to the Scarnetti so he started to give it to her, but Zheda realized Alaina was just saying what she need to get the bag and that returning it was the last thing on her mind. ( GM note : Alaina roll a 24 on bluff, Sais got a 23 on Sense motive, and Zheda got a 48 on Sense motive.) Rather than arguing, the monk reached out and grab the bag out of Sais hand before Alaina could take it. She then walked straight over to Titus, meeting him at the door, just before it closed. She handed him the bag while at the same time saying, “You dropped this.” And to everyone’s surprise including Zheda’s, he believed her. However, he did not thank her for returning his gold purse, instead he just took it and proceeded to finish leaving with his family. Once the door close behind the Scarnetti, Rynshynn moved over to the group and said, “Thank you for helping with the Scarnetti. They have a lot of gold, but they are not good people.” Everyone smiled a little at this, and then Rynshynn led them to a rack of clothing toward the back of the shop. Where she presented them each with a similar, but all excellent, sets of clothing. Then she pointed to the near by dressing room and asked if they would try them on. Excited to see what they would look like, everyone moved into the dressing rooms to change. However, they still talked to one another while they changed clothing. Sais told Rynshynn, “I tried to get you some more of Titus’s gold, but it didn’t work.” At this point, Zheda stuck her head out and gave Sais’s room a death stair. Cereliona then chimed in, “In all Fairness Sais, the Scarnetti are not the person to have a problem with in this town.” Sais responded, “But I am a pickpocket.” Then after a short pause he also added, “Just not a bad or greedy one.” Zheda told him, “Stealing is wrong regardless.” At this point everyone was done changing so they dropped the conversation, figuring they would come back to it again someday. Everyone then stepped out and looked at the excellent Sandpoint’s Noble’s clothing Rynshynn had made for them. Everyone particularly like the Sandpoint seal that had been sown on the right breast of the outfits. Cereliona then asked her what they owed her for the clothing. Rynshynn then happily explained that the clothing was a gift from the Sandpoint’s Mercantile League for the Heroes of Sandpoint as a reward from the town. This made everyone smile. Sais then shook his booty in the mirror to see how good he looked. As Cereliona looked at the clothing, shenoticed that several of the seams and catches on these outfits were designed to break easily, making it a simple matter to remove this outfit if need be. Cereliona asked about it, and Rynshynn explained that they were heroes clothing, designed so you could look nice but if need be you could get out of the restrictive clothing in a hurry. Also, they were designed to be loose enough for them to be able to wear a second set of clothing underneath for fighting in. Everyone loved this about the clothing and liked the way they looked, though Zheda said she felt a little out of place wearing such fine clothing. Rynshynn then said, “That is because the outfits are not complete.” She then explained that in addition to the clothing, each of them had also been given an account of 50 gold at the town Jewelers by the Mercantile League as well. They were to use this to complete their attire and if they were ready she would take them there now, if they liked. Everyone decided “Why not” so Rynshynn then walked them out her door and paraded the group up the east side of town, by way of river street and then High Street, in their new clothing until they reached the Jeweler’s shop across from the church. Alaina enjoyed looking good and soaked up the attention she got. Sais also loved the way people looked at him, but not to Alaina’ level. Zheda and Cereliona were not really for or against this, they just came along. Treasure · Sandpoint Noble’s Clothing: 80 gp o A fancy, tailored clothes in the current Sandpoint Noble’s fashion. These clothes are designed specifically to be expensive and gaudy. If you wear this outfit without jewelry (costing an additional 50 gp), you look like an out-of-place commoner. o Tear-Away Clothing (+5gp): The seams and catches on this outfit are designed to break easily, making it a simple matter (a standard action) to remove these items and expose any clothing underneath. The Sandpoint Jeweler When they reached the Jeweler’s shop, Rynshynn opened the door and led them inside. It was a simple shop: a square room with a large glass counter in the back with various necklaces, rings, and other jewelry on display. The glass case doubled as a barrier preventing anyone from the main shop reaching the back. Behind the counter to the east was a wooden office door and to the west was the vault door with a large half-orc standing next to it, looking mean. What caught Sais’s attention was the fact that the vault was not closed, the door stood ajar a few inches. The sight of this caused him to drool a little. Behind the counter was a grey haired, pale skinned man wearing velvet and furs, he smiled at them as they entered. As soon as the door closed behind them, everyone heard a woman’s voice bellowing from behind the wooden office door, “Maver, you left the vault open, AGAIN! Close it before you help the customers.” The man turned to the door and he looked to be trying to hurt the woman on the other side by pure force of will. After only a moment he then moved over to the vault and closed it, spinning the lock on the front to randomize ot. As he did, he could be heard griping quietly to himself and they only caught a few words such as “Evil witch”, “quit nagging”, “it is not like we are going to get robbed.” When he was done, he returned to the counter, looked at them, smiled, and said, “Welcome I am Maver Kesk. The Mercantile League has already paid for your purchases so what can I get for the Heroes of Sandpoint?” Everyone then moved forward to look at the items for sale. Sais ask Rynshynn what she thought would look good on him and she responded by point out a set of black onyx rings with a matching men’s bracelet. Sais like them so had Maver get them for him. Seeing Rynshynn help Sais, Zheda ask her what she thought would look good on her. Rynshynn found a set of gold and diamond armlets. The monk thought looked they matched her, so she took them. Alaina asked the jeweler for a blue sapphire item. Maver pulled out simple silver necklace with a medium sized blue Sapphire on it. The gem sparkled and seemed to glow with an inner light. It took only one look and Alaina wanted it. Finally, Cereliona was up and she asked Maver what he thought would look good on her. He looked at her for a moment, taking her in. After about a minute, he seemed to have an idea because his face lit up. He then reached in case and pulled out an emerald necklace with a matching set of earings. Cereliona like the green gems and accepted them. Once everyone had their purchase and was able to put them on, Rynshynn said, “We have one more surprise so if you are ready I will take you there.” Everyone had enjoyed their surprises so far so said they good bye to Maver and let Rynshynn lead the way. This time she took them along Junker’s way and then down main street. They felt paraded through town again, but this time it was the west side of town. When they hit the market square, she took Market street and then she took them to a store across from the Rusty Dragon with a sign out front that said “Sandpoint Boutique”. Inside they found another clothing store, but this one looked to be more practical and less fancy. At the counter of the story they saw a pretty blond woman with a stern look on her face, but it lightened as so as she saw the Heroes of Sandpoint. Rynshynn then said from the door, “Hayliss, I am leaving them in your hands.” The two then gave each other a looked that showed both the fierce competitiveness and mutual respect for one another. Rynshynn then left as Hayliss walked up to the group and said, “I am Hayliss Korvaski and this is the Sandpoint Boutique. Please come with me and I take you to your gifts.” She then turned and headed to the far corner of the store. Everyone followed her as she led them to a clothing cabinet. When she opened it, they saw that it contained a variety of clothing. She then pulled out the sets of clothing one at time and handed each set to a specific group member. Hayliss gave Alaina a Scholars outfit, Cereliona an explorer’s outfit, Zheda a set of Monk’s robes, and Sais was given a pick pockets outfit. She then told them that she had worked with Rynshynn to make sure these outfits would fit under their Heroes’ Noble’s clothing. She then showed them to her dressing rooms, so they could try them on. While they were changing she left. Once everyone was out of the dressing room and in their adventuring clothing, she returned carrying 5 bundles. She then handed the bundles to them, one to each of the Heroes of Sandpoint. Everyone unfolded the bundle and found that it was a nice, fur winter blank with a large Sandpoint seal embroidered on it. Everyone then thanked her for the many gifts and she happily told them, “Nothing is too good for the Heroes of Sandpoint.” With their last gifts received it was now 5 pm so the group then decided it was time to finish up this every busy day and call it a night. Seeing a friend, he decided to make a detour to see her. Sais told everyone his Captain was in town and that he was going to say “hi”, so everyone followed him, so they could meet Sais Captain. As soon as they got with a hundred or so feet of the ship, Alaina saw a very powerful magic glow coming from the ship and enveloping the captain. It took her a moment, but she recognized it as the aura of a Resurrection spell. Alaina shared this with the group as well as her theory that it was the ship that was keeping the Captain alive and that if she left the ship she would die in a matter of minutes. At hearing this, Sais said, “That explains why she never leaves the ship.” Hearing Sais voice, the Captain came to the edge of the ship, so she could talk to the crew member she heard. After the group and the captain where introduce Sais and the captain talked for a while and caught up on each other’s life. Sais was most curious why she was in town and she told him the ship had taken some damage, so she was having the Valdemar repair it, so she would be in town for a week or two. Once he learned that his Captain would be in town for a while he expressed the long day they had had and that they desired rest, so everyone then said goodbye, and started to head to their home. At this moment everyone remembered Xavian and when they looked around for him they found him about 10 feet away, madly recording everything. It was this moment that they all realized he had followed them from about 15 feet away since they left the Cathedral. Everyone was impressed with his ability to meld into the crowd. However, at being notice, Xavian told them that he would bunk down at the House of Blue Stones tonight, and they could find him there if they needed him. Sais and Zheda said they would be at their rooms in the Turandarok Academy, Cereliona said she would be with Daviren at the Goblin Squash stables, and Alaina said she was going to the Rusty Dragon. Everyone then said goodbye and went their separate ways, heading to their homes. Rusty Dragon When Alaina returned to the Rusty Dragon, she found Ameiko working the bar. However, when Ameiko saw Alaina she had Bethana take over so she could she take Alaina upstairs. At the end of the hall Ameiko took Alaina to the one of her biggest rooms. Once Alaina was inside, Ameiko told her that this room would be hers for as long as she wanted it and whenever she needed it. The Tavern owner then explained that this room almost never rented out due to its higher price, so she would rather Alaina have a home then her tavern have an empty room. Alaina thanked her for the room, then Ameiko let the Sorceress be alone so she could relax and sleep. Day 75 (Oathday the 6th of Kuthona, Thursday 12/05/2047) - Day 79 (Moonday the 10th of Kuthona, Monday 12/10/2047) Days of waiting for the Giants to attack During the next six days, the group all worked to make their plan happen. They either work to cut down trees and mount pikes in the water, worked with Nisk to prepare traps for the bridge, scout the surrounding area, etc. Cereliona even worked help train with the guard and militia to fight giants. Alaina During this time, Alaina ran a few personal errands. First, she went to go see the Mayor. She found her at the townhall. The Mayor was at one of the tables in the central room hard at work, buried in papers. When Alaina moved up to her, mayor Deverin stopped what she was doing, and asked Alaina to sit down. She then asked what she could do for a Hero of Sandpoint. Alaina told her that this town had welcomed her, so she wanted to make it her permanent home. She then explained that she would like to buy Choppers Isle. The mayor was clearly very pleased with this as she explained that since the Heroes had cleared out the isle, the Mercantile League now wanted to sell it. She knew that they were asking 1500 gold for it, and that the town had left the selling of the land to Jasper Korvaski. Alaina recognized the last name, so she asked the mayor if there was a familiar connection to Hayliss, the owner of the Sandpoint Boutique. The Mayor told Alaina that the two were brother and sister. After getting this information, Alaina thank the mayor and said goodbye, so she could head to the Mercantile League. She left the townhall and then quickly flew to the Mercantile League. Inside she found it mostly empty as everyone else was either working to build up the town defenses or taking care of their own businesses. Jasper was behind the counter and he introduced himself as Alaina entered. Aliana told him that she wanted to buy chopper’s Isle. Jasper told her he would require a down payment of 500 gold and the full balance within a year. However, Alaina was nearly broke, having spent all of her money. \She offered 200 gold. Jasper told her that the Mercantile League would like if the Isle was bought by one of the Heroes of Sandpoint, so he told her he would accept that. But with only 200 down, Alaina would need to pay off the Balance with in the next 6 months. Alaina accepted these terms and the deal was struck. After signing some paperwork, Alaina said goodbye and headed to her next stop. She made her way to the Fatman’s feed bag and found Jubrayl. She then gave him her last 100 gold to extend her employment of his boys as scouts by another 5 days. Jubrayl happy accepted and said he would continue to put his best men on it. Zheda and Sais Sais and Zheda ran an errand together also. First Zheda asked Sais if he would help her with a quick sea voyage. Zheda explained that she wanted to take Skovald’s ash and spread them at sea. Sais took Zheda to his Captain and since her ship was not in dry dock right now, she agreed to take them on a short trip out to the sea. The trip took only about an hour or so round trip. Once they returned, Zheda thanked the Captain for her help. Zheda and Cereliona Zheda next asked Cereliona if she would help her to recruit a few goblins as scouts, since they were “friends” with the town now. Cereliona happily agreed so the two went to talk to a few of the goblins at Junker’s edge. When they first arrived, the goblins were clearly terrified by the persons that whipped out 2 of the 5 goblin tribes in the area, and severely weakened another 2. However, once these Heroes made it clear they where here to employ the goblins, everything went very easily. Cereliona and Zheda agreed to pay the goblins 1 copper per day per goblin and the goblins agreed to keep 5 goblins on watch at a time. Cereliona sealed the deal by giving the goblins 1 gold coin, enough to employ the goblins scouts for 20 days. Day 79 (Moonday the 10th of Kuthona, Monday 12/10/2047) Sais On Monday morning Sais found Xavian and asked him to restore the last of Sais drained life force. Xavian easily removed it with one spell, using the diamond dust they found on the Paradise. ( GM note : Sais final negative level removed). The Last thing that happened It was the afternoon of Day 79. The group had finished the majority of their preparations with only minor, less important things left to do so they were resting in the Rusty Dragon trying to decide what to do next.
