[LFG] [5e] Serious Roleplayer looking for a game to have some laughs and feel some emotions

Hello :) My name is Jack and I am 19. I'm a huge fan of D&D 5e. Though I have limited player experience, I DM frequently. However, I am looking for a game to be a player in. Preferably games with other serious roleplayers that get really into their characters and know how to have some serious emotion rather than nothing but laughs (though having comedic relief is always fantastic!) I am a big fan of Critical Role and that kind of thing. My timezone is EST and my schedule is rather flexible. I can pretty much do any night (preferably weekends) except for Friday evenings. Hi everyone, I'm David. Just like Jack, I am looking to get my hands dirty in a game as a player. I've playing/DMing for over 10 years, and like most other DMs, find it hard to find a game just to play in. I am a big fan of Critical Role and their style of play, with serious role-playing and some combat, with laughs sprinkled in here and there. I'm in the Central time zone, and prefer night, Weds after 9pm, and Friday,Saturday,Sunday after 8pm. Also, just to throw an idea out there if there are more DMs out there in this situation, we could always attempt a shared-DM game where each DM or each player takes a turn hosting a session or arc of sessions, and plays the rest of the time.

Same here. I would love to be involved in a serious Game. Balance of good combat with playing out characters egos, personalities, and quarks. I currently am just starting a new Home brew DD5e game this Thursday with a few people. Had a couple quit just this evening before they even got characters up. I would be willing to do this. I get very involved in backgrounds, and making the world my own. Let me know if you get something going bro.
