Feel free to begin filling in your characters before the game. The more time we save in advance, the more game time we have :) Backstories can be malleable for session zero, as some of you might like to collaborate on backstories where you know each other, perhaps. Or hate each others guts. Or a bunch of other possibilities. But fill it in so that there's a reference point for other players.
