Prowlers and Paragons is a very simple rules-light system for super-hero style games. Pretty much any character you can think of is possible to create within the game. Story: The story takes place in an Earth not too unlike our own, where Mutants make up the majority of the population. (The last census shows mutants comprising 85% of all humans). While for most people these mutations come in the form of strange skin or hair colors, extra toes or limbs, some people gained great powers which they could use to commit crime or to benefit their societies. The rise of powered criminals led to the world's governments to create a new government-funded profession, known as "Licensed Powered Individuals", called "Super-Heroes" by most people. They are authorized to use their powers to apprehend powered individuals whom the police cannot handle on their own. Currently the group is wanting to play high-school aged characters who are attending a Hero Prep school, a facility designed to prepare students with strong mutations to work in the Hero professions. - A lot of inspiration for this setting comes from City of Heroes and My Hero Academia.
