I think it would be useful if I didn't have to keep flipping between the Journal and Chat Window tabs to use macros and keep up with conversations in Chat. I imagine that the macro bar could be located either in the space directly below the dice roller (of the Chat Window), or else located at the very bottom or top of the screen.
