MEN IN BLACK RPG (by West End Games, 1997) was based on The D6 System, a generic rules system also used to make the original edition of the STAR WARS RPG (also from West End Games). Although it does not directly resemble MEN IN BLACK RPG, you can download the current edition of The D6 System and supplements for fantasy, modern and science-fiction settings for free. D6 Adventures is modern-day setting and most appropriate to Men in Black-type games, but some material in D6 Space about aliens might also apply.
