Friend couldnt access Dev Server via the link.

Permission Not Authorized is the he error he describes. Now I managed to duplicate this a few times. I don't know exactly why it happened. All I did was log in a few times in and out on another e-mail. I would to ask if someone could move my map from the Dev Server back to the normal one considering the rugged reroll has been released now. I only ask this because I did most of my work on that map over months however because of Dev errors I had to move back to an old version which made it hard to GM. It was still a wonderful game for us, however it felt as un-needed stress on mypart. Thank you.

Every two hours at 45minutes after the hour logging in on the Dev server will not be possible for a couple of minutes. If that is not the problem then I suggest sending a new join link. Perhaps the old one expired. Regarding migrating your campaign back to the Main server, that is usually not possible because the code on the Dev server is usually different than the Main server. However, I will let Riley know that you are asking for a Dev to Main migration.

Thank you. I know of that issue above and it wasnt that. We tried sending him multiple join links. It was only ONE person who suffered from this. We don't know why. Its just an issue on 1 person is enough to cause problems. We don't know why it happened. It was a plain white screen with that message. "Permissions Not Authorized". I let him use my account it was fine. Useing my spare free and his spare free accounts it wasnt working. If it can't be done its not too big of a deal. It was just to save me hassle.

Please have your user log out of Roll20 altogether and then log back into main and dev. Then try a new join link.

Ah thank you for any further help on the matter on logging in. We already tried that too and unfortunally it did not work :(. It was strangely a persistant "bug" but its fine. I'll stick to making my copies on the normal servers next time.

Please have the user post. It is possible he has a bug on his end of things we can troubleshoot.
