Hello, I am a subscriber but I cannot get any of my games to load using the Ipad App. I can load the games just fine via Safari on my Ipad, but launching them in the app takes me to a loading screen where it just hangs. I've even tried creating new games in case it was a game size/bandwidth issue, but even the new game doesn't load. I'm using a 1st Gen Ipad Pro 12.9" running iOS 11.0.2
