Bought a Subscription Gift for My DM...Hasn't Received It Yet

I bought my DM a subscription as an early Christmas present yesterday. I let him know and he hasn't gotten an email or notification on roll20 about this gift. Does it take time for it to be processed or is there somewhere he should be looking. Thanks!! Could really use the help getting him his sub gift. I did receive an email about the transaction.
