one roll with several different bonuses written out

Hey. I don't know if this was solved somewhere already, but I'd like to make a macro that would roll D100, and then add different attributes to the same roll. Say if you have "observation" attribute of 15, "tracking" of 20 and "pickpocketing" of 25, and you roll 10 on the D100, it would write "you rolled 10 for chance, 25 observation, 30 tracking, 35 pickpocketing". Is that even possible?

I think you would have to use an API script(Pro perk) like  powercards .
I thought so. Well, what can you do I guess. But thanks anyway.
